OEM / ODM: private-label dental consumables from a registered factory

Four levels of customisation — packaging, specifications, shades and moulds, and formulation. ISO 13485 and CE certified manufacturing with export documentation handled in-house.

What Can Be Customised

Private label is more than a different box

Many buyers assume OEM means putting our product into your packaging. In practice, three things decide whether a partnership lasts: where the boundary of customisation sits, whether the minimum order quantity is workable, and how quality responsibility is divided.

1. Packaging

Your brand on inner boxes, outer cartons, instructions and labels. This is the base level, and where most projects start. We execute to your artwork files.

2. Specifications

Pack size and specification adjusted to your market — pieces per box for resin teeth, sheet dimensions and thickness for waxes, units per box for burs.

3. Shades and moulds

Shade system adjustments or additional moulds for a specific market colour-matching habits. This level may involve developing new moulds, so the timeline is longer.

4. Formulation

Wax hardness, denture base resin powder-to-liquid behaviour, or colour adjusted to your processing requirements. This level needs close technical discussion and repeated validation.

MOQ & Lead Time

What to expect, so you can plan properly

The minimum order quantity depends on the level of customisation. Packaging and specification customisation carry relatively low minimums. Projects involving mould development or formulation changes carry higher minimums, because the development cost has to be amortised.

On lead time: standard stock items dispatch within 3–7 working days after order confirmation. Custom orders follow the production schedule agreed by both parties, and mould development adds time on top of that.

Our advice to buyers planning a first order is to allow a full validation cycle. Do not work backwards from your intended launch date to the shortest possible lead time — build in time for the sample, the trial batch and the artwork approval.

Export Documentation

Documents and market access

Export documentation

Commercial invoice, packing list, product information and inspection reports prepared as part of every shipment. Our products ship to Russia, Thailand, Canada, Singapore, Australia, Korea, Indonesia and Malaysia.

Compliance base

CE Mark and ISO 13485 certification provide the basis for market access. Some markets require local registration — confirm the target market requirement before scheduling production.

Documentation support

Product datasheets, mould charts, shade guides, company profile and production footage are available for your sales team, prepared in English.

Quality Responsibility

Where OEM disputes come from, and how we prevent them

The most common source of dispute in OEM supply is an undefined quality standard. We prevent it by writing the standard down before production starts.

We sign a Supply Quality Assurance Agreement with each OEM customer. The agreement defines the acceptance criteria for purchased materials, the sampling inspection standard and the responsibility of each party. It states that non-conforming product may be returned or replaced, and clarifies who is responsible for damage during transport and for quality loss caused by improper storage.

For OEM customers we recommend adding three specific clauses: how the product technical requirements are confirmed; who is responsible for reviewing label and instruction compliance; and the procedure for product marking changes.

How to Start

Five steps from first contact to a stable order rhythm

  • 01

    Confirm market and category

Tell us your target markets and which product categories you intend to carry. We recommend a product combination based on your market price positioning.

  • 02

    Sample and trial batch

We ship samples and product charts. You validate with your own workflow — shade reproduction, bench handling, durability and fit.

  • 03

    Quotation and specification

Once trial results are in, we confirm the product list, specifications, packing, pricing and lead time, and issue a formal quotation.

  • 04

    Agreements

Both parties sign the sales contract and the Supply Quality Assurance Agreement, including technical requirements, acceptance criteria and responsibilities.

  • 05

    Production and ongoing support

Production and dispatch run to schedule with documents included. We continue to supply technical support, artwork updates and marketing materials.
