Mould machining and maintenance
Tooth form precision determines both the occlusal behaviour and the appearance of the restoration. Moulds are machined and maintained in-house.

A facility where mould machining, hot-press forming, wax compounding, inspection and packing all happen under one roof. Visit us, or request production line footage for your own presentations.
In dental consumables, variation usually comes from equipment precision and gaps in the process chain rather than the formula. We complete mould machining, hot-press forming, surface finishing, wax compounding, inspection and warehousing inside our own facility.
Tooth form precision determines both the occlusal behaviour and the appearance of the restoration. Moulds are machined and maintained in-house.
Multi-layer resin teeth require three hot-press cycles to stack the shade layers. Temperature, pressure and time are fixed as a standard curve.
Casting wax is compounded from natural waxes, synthetic waxes, natural resins and fatty acids. Compounding happens on site.
Equipped with a microscope, hardness tester and precision gauges, the lab samples each batch for appearance, shade, dimensions and hardness.
Every stage has defined inputs, outputs and inspection points. The point of process discipline is being able to identify which stage and which batch a problem came from when a customer reports it.
PMMA resin, MMA monomer, cross-linking agents, pigments, waxes and diamond abrasives are checked against key indicators before entering stock.
Pigments are weighed to the shade system formula and logged per batch. Each of the 16 shades is managed as a separate formulation.
Alloy-steel moulds are cleaned, inspected and pre-heated. Mould condition directly determines tooth form precision.
Several press cycles along a fixed curve stack the dentine body, enamel shade and incisal translucent layer.
Flash is trimmed, and the cervical and occlusal surfaces are refined so the ridge lap roughness meets the bonding requirement.
Appearance, shade and dimensions sampled per batch; products sorted and boxed by mould and shade to prevent mixed packing.
Inner and outer packing completed to customer requirements with export documents. Storage segregated by batch, first-in-first-out.
