Dental consumables rarely differ because of the formula. They differ because of mould precision, the hot-press curve, and how tightly batch variation is held. We complete mould machining, hot-press forming, wax compounding, inspection and packing inside our 368 mu factory — no outsourced steps, so deviation stays measurable.
